DJ V (AKA Verginiya) is an Irish, but Greece-based DJ and salsa social dancer.

She strives to play the best salsa music - including something for everyone from mambo, salsa dura, guaguanco, salsa romantica, instrumentals, charanga, son and chachacha.

Being an eager social dancer first, DJ V is very passionate about playing danceable music that gets your body grooving and wanting to get up and dance! Her music is groovy, energetic, and creates a flow that will keep you on the dancefloor for the whole set!

She broadcasts her monthly radio show Alegria on WorldSalsaRadio, where she plays new and old songs - as much for the feet as for the ear! On Alegria, DJ V shares information about each artist and track, and also some salsa history so that the raw spirit of salsa music and dance continues to inspire each and every one of us!
